BMW E46 M3 S54 Engine Rebuild

If the answer is yes, you may be pleased to hear that we offer a complete S54 Engine Rebuild service (including Block & Head work) and ALL replacement Bearings, Bolts, Gaskets, Seals, O-rings, and Fluids.
This is a complete engine refresh which includes the Engine Block being resurfaced (skimed), bores being measured and honed, new Piston Rings, Crankshaft being assessed and installed with new Main Bearings, Conrods checked and installed with new Big End Bearings (all plastigauge measurement checked), Oil Pump stripped checked and rebuilt, all internal engine parts chemically cleaned, engine block externally painted any colour you desire.
Naturally, all new bolts and fixings installed and correctly torqued to BMW's specification using Snap On Digital Tech Angle (Torque Wrenches).
Due to each engine is slightly different in terms of wear and various in measurements which is why it's not possible to give an accurate price until we've disassembled the engine into component form and carried out thorough measuring.

- Piston to Wall Clearance measure
